The professional standard for attention support in schools
For Schools

Train every adult in the building on attention.

Start with one $995 faculty training, or make it school-wide for the year. An Attention-Ready School membership covers your entire staff — teachers, administrators, counselors, ESE teams, and paraprofessionals — with a baseline, ongoing professional learning, and measurement.

What staff learn

Four areas. Practical from day one.

01 · Understand attention

See what may be driving the problem.

  • ADHD beyond hyperactivity
  • Inattentive patterns that are easy to miss
  • When attention looks like motivation or behavior
02 · Support executive function

Help students start, remember, organize, and finish.

  • Task initiation and breaking work down
  • Working memory and multi-step directions
  • Organization, planning, routines, and time
03 · Respond to regulation & behavior

Respond without making a hard moment harder.

  • Transitions, overload, frustration, impulsivity
  • "Won't" versus "can't yet"
  • Calmer first responses and less escalation
04 · Build the right support

Know what support belongs where.

  • Classroom strategies and accommodations
  • 504 plans and IEPs
  • Clearer conversations with families and support teams
How it runs

A year, not a workshop.

  1. Enroll and get access the same day

Your staff can join the next live session and the recorded library immediately.

  2. Baseline your school

Five areas: recognizing attention patterns, executive function knowledge, classroom response confidence, regulation and behavior response, and support-pathway knowledge.

  3. Train every month

4+ live sessions monthly — core training, topic deep dives, Q&A, and office hours.

  4. Reassess and target next year

The same areas are measured again, and the next year of training targets what still needs work.

Training topics

A growing library built around real classroom problems.

Sample topics include:

  • Defiance: Can't vs. Won't
  • Executive Function
  • Unstructured Time
  • Big Feelings & Fast Reactions
  • The Kids You're Missing
  • Parent Conversations
  • Accommodations That Actually Get Used

And many more. New training topics are continually added based on teacher feedback, classroom needs, and emerging challenges.

Teachers are telling us this works.

Teachers are not asking for more theory. They are asking for practical help with the situations they face every day.

The path

Start small. Build an Attention-Ready School.

Schools do not need to commit to a large program on day one. Start with one practical faculty training. Measure what teachers found useful, identify what they need next, and build from there.

  1. 1

    Start with one training

A 90-minute faculty session your staff can use the next morning.

  2. 2

    See what your teachers need

Collect teacher feedback on what was useful and what they want next.

  3. 3

    Build a common school-wide playbook

Shared language for recognizing, responding, and supporting.

  4. 4

    Join Attention-Ready Schools
