Attention-Ready Schools is a K-12 professional development program from The Attention Institute. It trains whole school faculties to build classrooms where students with attention challenges can do their best work, through live virtual training, classroom tools, and ongoing support.
This is not kindergarten readiness. Attention-Ready Schools is about teacher readiness for students whose attention works differently.
Recognize
Understand how attention, executive function, ADHD, and regulation challenges show up in class, including the quiet ones.
Respond
Use classroom strategies for instructions, task initiation, organization, transitions, regulation, and behavior.
Support
Know when classroom strategies are enough and when a student may need accommodations, a 504 plan, an IEP, or another support.
Baseline
Establish a starting point for staff knowledge, confidence, and school-wide practices.
Train
Teach the common Attention-Ready framework and give staff practical classroom tools.
Measure
Reassess the same areas so progress is visible rather than assumed.

Target the next year of training at what the reassessment shows still needs work.
