Who we are
Every school already has students who can’t hold attention, start a task, or settle after a transition. Most teachers have never been trained for it. Students get referred, parents get called, and the classroom learns nothing it can use the next day.
We asked a plain question: what would it take for every adult in a building to read those students the same way and respond the same way?
Eva Luther has spent more than thirty years answering that in classrooms. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a special education teacher. She built the faculty program behind Attention-Ready Schools so a whole staff could learn it together, not one teacher at a time.
Raghu Misra builds systems. He founded The Attention Institute in Ponte Vedra, Florida, to connect what a family sees, what a school can do, and what a care team needs to know. The Institute runs three programs: Unlockt, for families; Threaded Care, for coordinated care; and Attention-Ready Schools, for every educator in the building.
Attention-Ready Schools is the school piece. A school enrolls its faculty. Every educator completes the program over the year. The school measures where its staff stands before and after. When the work is done, the school carries the Attention-Ready School™ designation and is listed in the public registry.
We don’t sell workshops. We don’t train a few. The whole faculty, over the year, and a mark the school can stand behind.
